At Heavy Duty Boys, we stand behind our gear. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn and unused
  • Must be in original condition
  • Must include original packaging

If your item doesn’t meet these conditions, we will not be able to accept the return.


Exchanges

Need a different size or replacement?

We offer free exchanges for defective or incorrect items.
For size swaps, customers are responsible for return shipping.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn or used products


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

Email us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

We’ll take care of it.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified of approval
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method

We are not responsible for lost return packages.
